Hours: 12 – 28 per week

Arsalon Technologies, Kansas City’s leading Web Hosting Provider has immediate openings for entry level Network Operators. Flexible hours required. Qualified applicants will have some Windows and Linux experience. Must also have excellent service skills with the ability to support end-users over the phone.

Primary responsibilities include 

• Monitoring of client production systems
• First level support for client issues
• Provide Secure escort access to data center
• General Data Center monitoring and operations
• Monitor and perform data backup operations
• Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge and required abilities include:

• Experience with Windows, Unix, and Linux utilities and basic networking skills
• Incident and problem management skills
• Written, oral communication, and customer support skills
• Must be able to multi-task as well as work independently.
• Must be flexible yet reliable and prompt.
• Ability to work alone.
